We ship worldwide. If you’re unable to purchase directly from our website, please contact us at info@nautinox.it. Your area may be handled by a distributor or could have special shipping regulations.
How much will the shipment cost?
For private buyers, shipping costs are included if orders are delivered to Italy. Delivery costs to European Countries vary depending on the amount of the order: shipping is free for orders over €400, otherwise the cost depends on the Country position. For locations outside Europe there is a fixed charge of €60 regardless of the amount spent, but it rises to €250 for bulky items (rollbars, t-tops and awning systems). Some areas are not directly covered by the site for logistical reasons (area handled by a distributor or special shipping regulations): if this is the case, contact us info@nautinox.it and we will assist you in the purchase. Note: customs fees may be required for international shipments; these costs depend on customs and are not predictable by us, therefore they are out of our responsibility.

We accept payments via bank transfer and credit cards on the Nexi platform to ensure the protection of your data. Nexi accepts all types of credit cards and does not necessarily require an account to use it; you will not be charged any fees or charges for using this platform. If your currency is different from Euro, you might be charged with the currency exchange fees, but this depend on your bank terms.

How can I buy the marine acessories?
Surf the marine pages and add the products to cart. Once finished, you’ll be redirected to the data request form. After the final confirmation, you’ll receive a detailed confirmation. We’ll contact you as soon as the order is ready sending the tracking details. We’ll deliver only after the payment receipt; our delivery time is 4 weeks from orders as a maximum, but the delivery time can vary depending on the season. Any variation will be fast communicated.
How can I return a product?
If the product doesn’t satisfy you, you can return it within 30 days from the purchase, provided it’s
intact and not modified. The return delivery cost is at your charge. When we’ll receive the item, we check it and, if compliant, we’ll return you the money paid for the item. Please note that the delivery cost paid during the purchase is not refundable
