Awning carbon fiber Ø20 pole+socket

Sun awning system to be used on boats, sailing and motor yachts features 1 carbon fibre pole and 1 self closing socket base.

Carbon fibre pole for awning: The Ø20 carbon fiber pole is available in a matte, unpainted version and is available in a standard height H = 1700 mm; custom sizes are available upon request. The pole, made entirely of carbon fiber, is supplied with a straight 316L stainless steel portion or a 10° angled portion.

Bimini fastening system:  We supply an elegant 316L stainless steel eyelet to sew into the awning fabric to secure it to the top of the pole.

Deck fastening system: : The pole is equipped with a button for releasing it from its base and allows for various locking positions, the number of which depends on the type of base selected. The 316L mirror polished stainless steel fast lock base socket can be installed flush to the deck and has a self-rising lid: when the pole is docked, the lid retracts into the socket with no need to remove it; when the pole is released, the lid returns automatically to its position.
You can choose between two socket types; apart from the aesthetics, you must choose depending on the disassembly method in case of maintenance:
The 1805_20 base requires disassembly of the entire base for maintenance and is 10° angled; it features 3 locking positions.
The 1800_20 base can be disassembled from above for maintenance and is straight, ideal for boats with narrow gunwales; it offers up to 7 locking positions.
The combination of different poles and base sockets models allows differemt installation angles : 0°, 10°, or 20°.
The lower part of both bases is available with drain connection or fully sealed.
